In North Dakota, we allow up to 15 yards of 2in wide gauze and 6 feet of 1.5in wide athletic tape per hand. Like Jeremy said, it’s rare to see a fighter use the full 15 yards of gauze. All handwraps are directly supervised and signed by an inspector, who also rechecks the wraps prior to the gloves being put on to make sure nothing was added or tampered with.
